5.2. Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe, as specified in the costs agreement.

5.3. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services and/or legal action for recovery.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. KKP Law is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6.2. While we take all reasonable measures to provide accurate legal advice, clients acknowledge that legal outcomes may vary due to various factors beyond our control.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

7.1. KKP Law respects client confidentiality in accordance with legal and professional obligations.

7.2. All personal and legal information provided is used only for the purpose of providing legal services and complying with legal or regulatory requirements.

7.3. We may disclose information when required by law or with the client’s explicit consent.
